My Doctor Online (NCAL Only)

Can’t locate your my chart, unfortunately I can’t contact my care team. There is no improvement over the old app

The website is absolutely unusable with respect to sending a message to your doctor! The “fix” broke the system!!!

The app doesn’t work properly! Anything works! I can not make an appointment with the app, I tried to make an appointment through the website and after waiting long time for my video call, now the app doesn’t show any upcoming appointments for me! Such a terrible application!

ROMI is complicated

When you make an appointment and it asks if you want to update your calendar the link does not work.

I can’t send a message to my doctor with the new web design . You could at least show us how to make it work .

I tried to send my doctor message but the option gives me wrong topic wth!

I don’t like this update. It’s too difficult.

As others have noted, I can no longer simply send an email to my doctor. I have to go through an inquisition and still couldn’t get to composing an email. Please change the interface back. I have emailed the support team as well. This interface is horrible.

The updated website is not working. Hard to make appointments and to follow up on prior appointment information.
