disappointed because my delivery order was cancelled. why the app include the delivery service if it can’t be used?

Why always shows connect server error when want to login and couldn’t remember user name and password! Worthless apps and really shaming the name of Family Mart. Totally different quality from Japan .

Nothing much to say about apps but I want to complain about some pantries. When you fill cream or what just full the inside also. I feel like got scam when you see the food but got disappointed after eating. Cream crone tu kau isi la dalam jugak ni tak isi kat depan je, dalam isi angin kah? Nak berniaga betul2 lah. Lepastu b

After reaching payment page, the page suddenly closed. Cannot make payment

Can you guys stop your daily notifications? Or at least let us choose what notifications that we want to receive or not.

Can’t even add payment method keep crashing when adding payment method

When I want to order, at the payment page there can’t going the next step.. always come out : please check your order status at in-App transactions…

It’s so bad that the app keeps on loading when trying to make payment. It always pops out “Please check your order status at In-App Transactions” when I haven’t even ordered a single thing yet. Tried to refresh, close the app and re-open again only to be disappointed again.

i used my time to read the comment and all the comment said it was really good when birthday family mart app will give free ice cream i gotta download and sometime i will go family mart buy the cheese dog i really like to eat family mart cheese dog is really delicious i really like it when i come to family i sure will order the cheese dog i wish when i birthday family mart will give me free ice cream haha.
