## My FASTag Description
Instant FASTag recharge through Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
Any issuer bank’s FASTag can be now recharged through My FASTag App using UPI payment. You
can create a New UPI ID instantly and pay/recharge through any of your bank accounts, or pay using any BHIM UPI App active on your mobile. Money gets transferred directly from your UPI linked bank account to your FASTag Wallet/Account.
Note: Only the FASTag issuer banks which are live on UPI platform to accept FASTag reloads will appear in the list of banks in the App.
• Customers who have purchased an IHMCL FASTag can download this myFastag App and ‘Link IHMCL FASTag’ with their bank account.
• When user clicks on ‘Link IHMCL FASTag,’ system will ask for a reference number received on Email/SMS at the time of buying the tag from IHMCL FASTag vendor. • The mobile number & email ID provided by the customer at the time of IHMCL FASTag purchase should be active and available to complete the tag
linking.
• Customer’s bank must be live on NETC platform for linking with IHMCL FASTag

यह ऐप पूरी तरह से बेकार और गैर-कार्यात्मक है। इसमें न तो यूजर फ्रेंडली इंटरफेस है, न ही जरूरी फीचर्स सही तरीके से काम करते हैं। बैलेंस चेक करने, लिंक्ड FASTag देखने या किसी भी सुविधा का उपयोग करना लगभग नामुमकिन है। यह ऐप सिर्फ समय और सरकारी धन की बर्बादी है। इसे देखकर लगता है कि यह एक भ्रष्टाचार का मामला हो सकता है, जहां पैसा सिर्फ दिखावे के लिए खर्च किया गया है। सरकार को इसे सुधारने की सख्त जरूरत है।

I’ve HDFC FASTag. Every time I’ve to recharge, the struggle is on. The app does not recognise my registered mobile number on which I promptly and regularly get SMS of every transaction , both debit and credit. And the story of failure is same on my iPad as well as my iPhone (15 pro). I’ve read similar critical reviews from 4 year old timeline. Nothing has changed. Is anyone listening?
