I have a home  in Sarasota Florida . This is my tracking go to day and night . I love the satellite view , it gives you a real life picture of the storm severity.This past hurricane Milton  I was non stop 24 hrs a day  on the app .  Very accurate . I always check the satellite view because it puts things into perspective regarding the gravity of what’s happening . It’s easy to be complacent when you just look at the hurricane path  and the little hurricane symbols . 
 I personally look at the European models of tracking on the spaghetti line tracks . For some reason they seem to be most accurate. Great app.
