My Invisalign

The most recent update of the app has been impossibly laggy. Awful to use now. Liked it better before. Please fix this.

I found it alarmingly difficult to take the pictures I wanted to the app would just always tell me that where there were no teeth detected and eventually it was just impossible to do it. I know I was following the instructions. I know that room was well lit. I even tried shining a light directly on it. You must have to think this thing wasn’t even field tested

Used to be able to log in using Face ID. Could not remember my password. Tried to log in to website. Tried forgot password. Never works. Locked out of app and website. Help from support goes unanswered.

Response: My doctor has updated my ClinCheck plan, BUT THE APP WILL NOT POPULATE IT! Stop trying to blame this on my dentist when your guys’ app doesn’t work. I am on my fourth set of trays with my Invisalign. The app will not update past my first ClinCheck plan, so I have been completely unable to track my progress and see what movement should be occurring. The Invisalign rep and customer service haven’t been able to solve the problem and, frankly, I don’t think they care about solving it as long as they get paid. I no longer have any respect for this company due to my experience with customer service, or lack there of.

This app just gets worse over time. I’m 14 months into wearing Invisalign so I am experienced in using the app and taking photos. Over the last two months the photo taking process has been horrible. I get to the last two photos and can NOT get the app to take the photos. I get rapid fire alternating messages that “No face detected” “No teeth detected” “Move a bit closer.” I am doing everything correctly and just can’t get the app to work. All the other photos are fine, it’s the last two photos that won’t get taken. I have also begun deleting the app and downloading it again prior to taking photos in case there are any app updates to see if that helps. Really fed up!

I did not get good instructions for tracking the wearing process!

I have yet to go a week without having some issue with the detection AI. At this moment, which is also the reason I’m writing this review, it is telling me to center my smile. It is centered, and even with detection off it still refuses to take the photo. Please fix this.
