I put off writing this hoping a resolution might happen
I love the app. So much so, I paid for the cloud service. There I hit issues. Slow support service. I email support. They take a day to respond. I email back within 60 seconds of their email. I wait another day for a response. It takes a week to even get a picture of the issue. So frustrating. I can’t login or create a new account. I have cancelled and paid twice for a subscription. Still no access to their cloud service. A real shame. I wish it was different.
