Thanks for helping my family have affordable great cellular plans and services
But don’t upgrade unless talking to an agent live because their bot don’t recognize the upgrade and charges you the old plan price and new plan price. And their agents try to argue it’s legit. Good phone and plans but bad management

Update Dec 13: Still waiting for them to fix a problem that should’ve been fixed a long time ago. They’ve known about this problem for a while according to the reviews. Clearly they’re showing that they do not care about the customers. Update: please fix the App. This is a problem that should have been fixed by now. App was great for the first month, but after that doesn’t show data usage. If you’re going to tell people to download the app to keep track of their data usage then make sure it works. I also got a plan for my daughter and it’s the same thing. Doesn’t show her data usage and I know she uses data more than I do. It always says “No usage for the current period” Please fix on your next update
Our company had 6 devices with Koodo with less data and it was double the price, we decided to try out one SIM card and within 30 days moved all devices over to pc mobile. It’s just as clear and reliable in our area (central Alberta) and at lees then half the cost. I’ve even added a few super basic packages now with old flip phones for the parts trucks. Its payment and service system is a bit antiquated (think prepaid card style) but it’s been modified and works well. Did I mention the savings!!! $5000 a year down to $3000 for even more devices then we originally had on. Cheers
App wants to access data but I checked both places under cellular data is already enabled the area prompted by the phone has no option to enable data. Can’t use app at all because it wants data enabled and closes if you try to go around it. Not cool.
very poor app
I’ve recently tried to switch over and am becoming increasingly frustrated with the process. Never have I ever had a more difficult time getting my phone set up. First, I bought the SIM card. I then followed the instructions and set up my account only for the process to freeze and fail to allow me to continue. This morning an agent called and gave me my account number and told me to download the app. Every single time I open the app it tells me to retry my connection. I’ve tried over 20 times and it’s STILL NOT WORKING. So I do what anyone else would do.. contact the number they’ve provided.. but wait. THEYRE ONLY AVAILABLE 11:30am-5pm. I’m a busy person.. I have places to be and I rely on my phone.. for something that should be so easy it’s stupidly difficult.
App identifies daily usage details but does not total it for the current billing period making it very difficult to determine how much you used compared to your allowance. Coming from Lucky, & both being Bell related, Lucky provided the total. This app needs update to address this issue.
