I think the app and interface is really nice and has a lot of great features.
What I don't like though is the last update 3 weeks ago? After that, all calendar bookings have disappeared. Both contacts and the calendar itself are there, but all entered information in the calendar is gone.

I have both logged out, deleted accounts and made factory settings without the error stopping. Also tried enabling and disabling private mode.

It should be possible to fix such problems yourself without going to a Porsche Center for help if they now know what to do.

App is itself fine, and pretty useful generally. Car however frequently (read mostly) defaults to Privacy Mode and thus cannot be reached. Changing my own profile to not Private is of course enabled, however the base setting is Private…!

Det går inte att koppla upp sig. Jag får till svar att jag har privatläge på hela tiden. Fast jag inte har det. Porsches svar är att gå in i menyn på bilen koppla in privatläge och koppla ur igen. Fast då sitter jag ju redan i bilen så vad är poängen?

Och varför kan man inte ställa olika starttider olika dagar?

Då jag matar in resmål i appen och trycker på knappen som säger att rutten skall skickas till bilen så får jag bekräftelse i appen som säger ”Porsche laddplanerare. Rutten skickad till bilen”—då jag sätter mig i bilen så finns ingenting mottaget av bilen.

A suggestion for improvement: it would be good if you could turn off the direct charging via the app and also to set a limit for maximum charging e.g upto 85%  in order to obtain the longest battery life as recommended by Porsche (today, direct charging runs up to 100% and it cannot be stopped via the app)

App:n är ok. Tyvärr strular Telemetrin för ofta och det är inte så bra när man behöver värma bilen när det är allt.
Hade gärna velat se temperatur på batteriet i App:n.
När det gäller säkerhet så finns förbättringspotential om man vill nå samma nivå som på en Tesla.

This app is surprisingly bad. Not just is it expensive while other manufacturers apps (and cars for waaaaay less money) are free. The functionality of the app is buggy, not very easy to navigate as well as pretty ugly UI. Kinda feels like it’s home made. 

You can do better and your customers expect more.

Bought a Taycan GTS for SEK 1 800 000, could not beleive how poor (if it works at all) the app works with the car. Had Volvo before, their app works perfectly. Can not turn on heat, open/close look etc. Always messeges like, ”could not Connect”, ”something sent wrong”. Porsche, get a grip, you sell exklusive cars & it is 2023.👎

Hur kan Porsche använda sig av en app med så dålig funktion. Svårt att få kontakt med bilen, fungerar ibland men ofta inte. Krångligt att navigera i appen. Funktioner som borde vara självklara 2023 saknas. Jag är väldigt besviken på appen och det drar ner betyget på hela bilen.
