The Telstra app is terrible, literally the most annoying app I’ve ever used. It doesn’t have in-app login, so it’ll just take you back to a web browser anyway, and then in a web browser it literally refuses to let me log in. I have been trying to make this app work for me on and off for YEARS, and every single time it tells me “Something’s gone wrong, try again later”. Telstra has been fine to me as a mobile provider, but gosh, your account system and the way it works with the app, frankly, just doesn’t work at all. I always end up having to go into a Telstra store to have a staff member fix issues for me, because this app that can ‘allegedly help me do those things quickly and easily at home’ doesn’t even let me log in full stop.

We have a business and personal account but also have issues viewing both on the same app. They have tried to sort it but still ongoing pain in the….. paying bills is also a pain in the…… given they drive everything to the app, it should be near faultless and or very easy to use. Nothing works properly, my username is a discontinued email which can not be changed. I have points expiring but can not get rewards. Let’s me choose reward and fill all the details in but keeps coming up with „something wrong with your account“ tried to go on chat keeps failing „try another time“ I gave up and called customer service, long story short: the operator was not able to help in any of my problems and in the end tried to get rid of me. Useless!
