I’m on my second hub 4 which is now failing. I’ve spoken to customer (no services) 3 times now and they all say they can see the problem with the intermittent broadband and carry on running tests. Then just terminate the phone call. Strangely as they’re a communication company. No one from Virgin bothers to ring me back!!!

New customer. Downloaded the app, automatically opens a login screen but when I press to go to sign in, a browser popup appears and immediately closes. Deleted and reinstalled, restarted my iPhone and tried again to no avail…

This app used to be good. Recently, perhaps since renewing my contract last month, it no longer realises that I have broadband, TV and phone. Therefore it is useless for checking service status, which is its main function for me.

Update: There is no option to clear cache data on iOS. Fully deleting and reinstalling the app (rebooting in between) does not help. Still broken.

Not really much use . Very basic with no chance of getting problems sorted out . Apps are few , no access to internet on the tv device . Apple TV doesn't work as it should .  Still a long way to go to beat sky. I'm stuck with it for 18 months .

Virgin bought out my local internet company that was a proud 500MBPS - 999MBPS.

We where assured we would have the same speed internet as we pay for the 500mbps package. Low and behold, all my things now take double the time to download and or upload. 

Absolutely unforgivable, we get less than half the download speed we pay for
 (even though the speed test comes low as it is, it doesn’t show true figures, clearly) 

If you can only supply 200mbps-300mbps then we should get the 999mbps package for the same price as the 500mbps, then you get what you pay for finally. Total scam and have used the people in the hopes they don’t notice, 6,000 users you have acquired and bought out via UPP network and you can’t even supply them with the same quality of service. It’s appalling and frankly just unacceptable. 
Or maybe it is in this darkening world, who knows these days. 2024.

Once this app logs you out you get to spend hours trying to log back in again because of the authentication process. How am I supposed to scan a QR code on the screen of the device I’m trying to log into? I don’t have another device, so who can’t you just use Apple Face ID? It’s enough to send me to EE for my broadband. Make it easier please or I’m off.

Trying to move house, tried 6 times and keep being kicked out and chat is not remembered. This forced me to input every details again. Virgin then try to upsell me. I then get kicked out as as my Virgin WiFi drops and repeat.  

Avoid Virgin.
