I thought I’ll send a message or seek support through the app as to why I often don’t have a connnection but surprise surprise I can’t even get the app running… The circle of death just keeps spinning telling me ‘We’re almost there’ Well so is Xmas even though it’s the 2nd of January 😡🙄

App doesn’t even open just leaves you frozen on a blank screen, conveniently the app is the only way you can chat with a staff member. When the app is working, the chat bot never connects you to a real person, so you’re left in limbo. Hard work

After they introduced two factor identification I cannot even log in. The verification messages are sent to my broadband account number! Not a phone number, non exisiting account number!

Don’t use Vodaphone, constantly having to reinstall just to pay my bill. Go with ANY other provider.

Keep crash and asking for enter password and send a new link to logon every time open the app.

Empty screen, does not log in

This is quite literally the first time in years i’ve thought to write a review for a damn app, and the fact it’s for a major service provider is ridiculous, the fact you can’t even hit “continue” after typing in a verification code because the keyboard isn’t able to be shut or moved after typing in said verification code is insane to me??? Fix your damn app.

Every time I open the app it registers it as the first time. Send a verification link then I need to set up Face ID… open the app the next day I need to set it up again. The app is so unnecessarily overly simplified and “sleek” it’s almost unusable… Regret signing a 2 year contract with Vodafone. Will definitely be changing providers.

Nothing works, horrible app. It’s unbelievable how bad this app is. Absolutely useless.
