With very poor wifi connection I have been trying to get them to fix it and the best answer I got was you can’t cancel your contract even if your wifi is not working as long as your router is active. The customer service is really patient at listening to your network and poor reception but all he can do is make you do a reset every single time.

Phone internet much a better service than their wifi service

技術上混搭Web本就偷懶，功能、內容、排版設計卻比技術更加不雅，全個App無靈魂也無實用性，效果既不統一，又不實在，落後而不合一的感覺，btw我差評的原因是找了十分鐘都找不到如何繳費，只找到一大堆與我手機無關的垃圾資訊，APP通知居然100%全部是廣告，這是誰領導的設計品？大概他跟其他部門合不來，自己心態都hea了，才把這狗也不用的東西推出來，肯定有政治苦衷，可憐用家和老闆，這APP在這時代是在趕客，工程師辛苦了，是不是朝夕令改，變來變去，搞得沒心開發了

I have received a SMS regarding the issue of my first billing statement for the monthly mobile plan, and invited me to install the mobile app to review it.  However, after I downloaded the app and create a login account with my email address, the app said there was no monthly plan I have bought and there was no statement available.  I guess the email address that I used to sign the service contract was not sync with my mobile no. in their database.

You can only put a 6-8 character NUMERIC password, that has to be an absolute joke. It would take mere seconds to break it.

Additionally, it’s a classic HK “how else can we fleece our paying customers” app. Wants to send you garbage marketing notifications, asking for your location, showing trash ads inside the app when you’re already paying for their services. 0 stars if possible.

This app uses native elements, web elements, injected elements and dynamic elements, and it is an absolute mess. This is when standards go awry and people use the “fastest” available technology to build things. It is a nightmare for consumers.

Apple should look at apps like this and examine why they haven’t banned hybrid frameworks yet.
