Issues with the app on iPhone
I have used this app for a couple of years with minimal issues, but as of recent the app does not open to allow me to view my cameras.

Annke is a mobile real-time video surveillance software used with cloud camera. Through this client, you can view your home, shops, offices and other places at any time in real-time video and video history, also receive immediate alert to the place of abnormal information alarm, and take safety precautions at the first time.

Support mobile real-time video surveillance;
Real Time HD video viewing;
Remote PTZ control, operate on the camera direction rotation through the touch screen;
Support remote intelligent video recording, video real-time notification and playback;
Support real-time intercom, video electronic amplification and other functions;
Real time alarm and information push. When the environment is detected, the client will receive the alert information immediately.

Continuous monthly service, a monthly deduction
2. Subscription Price
1 cam record for 7 days, monthly price is $ 2.99
1 cams record for 30 days, monthly price is $ 6.99
2 cams record for 7 days, monthly price is $ 4.99
2 cams record for 30 days, monthly price is $ 11.99
4 cams record for 7 days, monthly price is $ 8.99Annke

3. Payment Method
For accounts that purchase automatic subscriptions, the cost of the next subscription period will be deducted from your iTunes account 24 hours before the expiration. After the deduction is successful, the service time will be extended by one subscription period.
4. Cancel Automatic Subscription
If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually go the phone "Settings" -->Enter "iTunes Store and App Store"-->Click "Apple ID"-->Select "View Apple ID"-->Enter "Account Settings" -->Click "Subscribe", and then select Annke subscription service to cancel the automatic subscription. If you do not close the subscription 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, you will be deemed to agree to continue to authorize, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

Update new version wrong
My phone update new version app after that the app can’t connect to Bluetooth because sometime I’m at work I use apple AirPod for convenience listen my parent at home. But now new version didn’t work. Pleaseeeeeee fix it. Thanks
10.2.4 Still Doesn’t Work on iPhone XR
After update, app won’t operate. It closes as soon as app is opened, on all my iPhones.
Worthless
Another update that doesn’t work. Still will not open on my iPhones that the app was updated on. The one phone that I haven’t updated the worthless app is the only one that will open when clicked on. I will NEVER BUY ANNKE JUNK AGAIN!!!!!!!!
App doesn’t open
For some reason I’ve been trying to open the app for the past 3 weeks and it won’t even open anymore. I’ve tried updating it. Still acts like it’s opening then returns to main screen.

Just stopped working
This app worked for a long time and all of a sudden stopped opening on my phone but works on my iPad. Tried to uninstall and reinstall but no help.
Updating breaks app
If you update the app, it (the app) will not work anymore. That said, I believe that this is intentional since users on their forums are now being directed to install the their “mipc” app. Update: One thing i noticed after installing the new app is that 1 of my camera’s night vision no longer functions…
