Can’t see monthly statements in the app since January 2025 updates. Instead we get ads & pop ups urging us to buy more products and services. Please fix this so we can at least see our statements in app.

This app is nearly useless. Set up just to see you more services. Can’t wait to switch back to Verizon.

The app is garbage,I don’t have a business account!

The worst app I’ve ever used. You would think a big comp like AT&T would have it going on but this is the most painful app to use!!! It make me sign in constantly even though I am already on the site. Today it won’t even let me sign in! The home page starts to come up then it goes directly back to the sign in page. I don’t like changing phone providers but I am getting close to trying someone else just beyond the app.

ATT being the size it is, cannot manage a system that is effective or user friendly. Who designed this app? Monkeys would do a better job using sign language . Absolutely infuriating of a system. Wish they would implode on it’s incapacity to do anything correctly

Att is an absolute nightmare to log into; I now know why they have the option to pay without signing in.

Horrible service don’t get AT&T go to T-Mobile

I use the app for my DirecTV bill and I have such a hard time trying to navigate between the 2 and trying to find where I go for just DirecTV is so confusing.
