There is no customer service 
Bad and very weak coverage
As for chronic treatments, they are stopped without warning. Why?

Couverture mauvaise et très faible
Quant aux traitements chroniques, ils sont arrêtés sans prévenir. Pourquoi ?
Trop d'inconvénients

Chronische Behandlungen werden ohne Vorwarnung abgebrochen. Warum?

اسواء شركة تأمين على الاطلاق
لايوجد خدمة عملاء 
تغطية سيئة وضعيفة للغاية
وبالنسبة للعلاجات المزمنة يتم ايقافها دون سابق انذار لماذا؟
مساوئ كثيرة جدا 
وغير مهتمين بايجاد حلول 
ادارة فاشلة جدا

I had a very bad experience with AXA during the renewal process. The app fails to show the status of claims, making it difficult to track anything. Additionally, One Health Hospital provides poor service, especially when it comes to handling medical phone calls. Overall, I’m disappointed with the service quality.

اقسم بالله وبحلف بالله شركه زي زياله كل ماقدم علي مطالبه بتترفض بشكل غريب جدا مع اني مقدم كل الاوراق المطلوبه ومختومه وكل حاجه في مكانها بس الظاهر انهم مش عايزين يدفعو فلوس خالص للمستفيدين.. شركه اقل من الزباله ولو فيه اقل من نجمه كنت اديتهم اقل.
