I am extremely disappointed as we recently switched our cell phone service over to Bell as they had a good deal on a phone plan a few months ago only to be informed that there is a surprise increase that there is nothing they can do. It really feels like a bait a switch where they lure you in with a good price and then increase it.

I have two accounts. One for my cell phone and one for my landline

My landline is billed at the end of the month and my cell is billed near the first of the month. Unfortunately I can only get one bill  or the other. I should be able to see and print both individual bill for my records. I have requested this before but have never received a response from anyone and never see where I can print both of my bills at different times of the month. I pay approx $400 + each month for the two bills but am not impressed with the service I receive since 2018. I would drop my landline but need it for my husband to hear better. 

Also over the years we have ordered and paid for new remotes for our tv  however when receive the new remotes, with a couple of months the buttons do not work properly so they must be refurbished ones. Very frustrating.

In trying to address issues with my bell channel lineup the app took me through convoluted loops of outdated information, unresponsive links and “helpful” diagnostic tools that themselves go through unhelpful loops ending back at rebooting your modem without warning every few questions.

Any other billing app gives you your amount owing at the exact time your billing date ends. Bell’s app doesn’t show your amount owing until 5-8 days after the end of the monthly billing cycle and  then gives you only 10 days to pay it. Any other billing app gives you your statement on the same day your billing cycle ends. Fix it .

Use to work great, now the App is terrible…slowest loading app I’ve used, if you can get it to work. Billing/payment section never loads now…and I mean NEVER.

It seems Bell developers don’t listen to customers complaints about the Bell App that has serious bugs issues. I am deleting this Bell App and giving a 1 star rated.  BTW, I have reported it to Apple and filed a complaint against Bell. 

Do not use this App to pay bills . Go to Bell.ca and login and pay bill. This has been ongoing for months.

When the sales team lies to you about a certain price on the phone ($49.00) and then charges you $142.00. 

Then when their app lies to and tells you that you haven’t paid yet even though they charged your credit card so you have to pay $496.00. 

Then when you pay extra for TV & US/CAD texting when you don’t use either service and can’t cancel. 

I hope you guys get sued. This is disgusting what you’re doing to Canadian people, half of whom can’t afford food in this country. I hope there’s a class action lawsuit against all of you.

For quite awhile now, there is a technical error when i download my bill that hasnt been resolved for months. Hitting “try again” causes the app to freeze. 
Before, i used to be able to hit “past bills” and download it through the list there but now they took the option to download off the most recent 3 bills, and the only way is an unusable button that doesnt work. Your recent app changes are making the app janky. Please fix it or make it so i can download on the “past bills” section and quit changing the app and making it worse!!!!
