Vous pourrez être sûr que jamais de toute ma vie je ne recommanderai Bell à n’importe qui vous êtes le pire réseaux c’est impossible de faire mieux que vous je paie 114$ et aucun réseau marche chez moi alors qu’en plus de ça j’ai 2 répéteur wifi !! Je part bientôt chez roger !!

Impossible de changer de forfait, il faut attendre minimum un mois

Cette app mérite d’être revue de fond en comble car elle nous force à devoir contacter le service téléphonique pour changer de forfait. Perte de temps car j’ai pris 40 minutes au téléphone pour ce faire.

C’est nul impossible de trouver ma facture internet de la payer depuis 3jours et votre assistante qui donne un numéro pour vous joindre qui ne fonctionne pas c’est décevant et j’aimerais aller chez la concurrence

Peu rapide, moyen utile, très lège pour 2018... bonne appli pour 2010

I am extremely disappointed as we recently switched our cell phone service over to Bell as they had a good deal on a phone plan a few months ago only to be informed that there is a surprise increase that there is nothing they can do. It really feels like a bait a switch where they lure you in with a good price and then increase it.

Worst network ever !

I have two accounts. One for my cell phone and one for my landline My landline is billed at the end of the month and my cell is billed near the first of the month. Unfortunately I can only get one bill or the other. I should be able to see and print both individual bill for my records. I have requested this before but have never received a response from anyone and never see where I can print both of my bills at different times of the month. I pay approx $400 + each month for the two bills but am not impressed with the service I receive since 2018. I would drop my landline but need it for my husband to hear better. Also over the years we have ordered and paid for new remotes for our tv however when receive the new remotes, with a couple of months the buttons do not work properly so they must be refurbished ones. Very frustrating.

I use this app to track my usage and pay bills. But it is over 600MB in size. How can an app so simple in function be so massive?
