This app is awful. I’m preparing for my overseas trip, I thought I’d be prepared and download this app for convenience. It doesn’t even let you log in, after accepting their “terms” countless times. I’ll be deleting this app. It’s horrible.

Won't get past terms and conditions screen

Hardly ever works correctly. I can’t even log on right now after accurately entering authentication 4 different time!! How am I suppose to check my messages??

When you review the video it mentions the CBP app. However, you can’t get past accepting the terms and conditions. You cannot log in. I am removing from my phone as the App doesn’t work.

Waste of time and data. Thanks Obama…

It’s been 3 years and still can’t get past the logon deathloop. Been trying different things for a half hour, still no go.

As many other have mentioned, the app is broken and won’t let me login

Will not let you login.

Just installed it on iOS 17. It does nothing but freeze on the T&C page. If you hit “done,” it takes you back to the log in screen.

Doesn’t work. What a joke of an organization and app. Who runs this clown show? Oh that’s right it’s government funded and ran. Now it makes sense.
