Είναι αδιανόητο να απαιτείται όλη αυτή η διαδικασία για την αλλαγή των στοιχείων, να μην εμφανίζει τις παροχές μου και γενικά να είναι τόσο δύσκολη η όλη διαδικασία. Απαράδεκτο. Να ένας λόγος που μετά από τόσα χρόνια αφοσίωσης στη ΔΕΗ να θέλεις απλά να αλλάξεις πάροχο. Το ένα αστεράκι υποχρεωτικό. Αν είχε αρνητικό πρόσημο θα το έβαζα !
