• The revamped mydlink app offers more intelligent, customizable, and intuitive smart home automation, as well as improved user experience, enriched features and increased usability. We want to ensure all users get optimal experience, in order to achieve this, the mydlink app will no longer support iOS versions below 10.3.4. If you are currently using iOS 10.3.4 or below we recommend you upgrade your mobile operating system as soon as possible. 
• Older D-Link cameras (DCS-xxxL and DCS-xxxxL) can still be used with the new mydlink app, but advanced functionality such as Cloud Recording and Automation will not be supported. 
• The new mydlink app does not support mydlink™ Home devices (DCS-935LH, DCS-8200LH, DSP-W110, DSP-W215, DCH-S150, DCH-S160, DCH-S220, DCH-G020, DCH-Z110, DCH-Z120).
• The new mydlink app does not support setup and control of D-Link Wi-Fi router devices. To install and control these devices, follow the accompanying instructions on the router packaging and manual

Použitelné jen tak tak, pokud opravdu musíte. 

In case the developer reads this (I doubt), here is why I think it’s pretty bad. Unlike the cameras (mine is 9 (!!) years old DCS-942L that still mostly works), design of this app comes clearly from folks who never use it. What I want from the app is to show me the camera feed. This is clunky, and it appears as it’s not really a purpose of the app. Before I tried this version, I used to use the Lite version. That one has not changed since 2012 but at least it does the one thing most of the time (shows the feed). This version fails often even in that. Then, the controls are crazy unintuitive. The actual feed window is tiny and feed info for some reason overlays the picture, as if I was watching it on a watch (you wish! Dlink may not be aware Apple is making watches) and not on nearly 6” screen. The app is pushing forward functions I don’t need nor want. It keeps forgetting my credentials. Viewing options appear to be fewer than in the Lite version. 

Basically the only reason to use this one is the notifications (sound level triggered). It feels like this is also buggy, sometimes it just stops sending any and when it works, the sensitivity has somehow changed recently (same 80dB threshold seems much more sensitive now). 

Did I mention the device settings take looong time to load and sometimes fail to load at all? All that on one home network where the camera is *wired* (kinda has to be because its wifi… that’s another story). 

Net, it kind of sort of works but today I’d look for some other brand.

nová aplikace vypadá moc hezky a je vidět i značné zrychlení. Jako hlavní problém, ale vidím to, že v aplikaci se zobrazují jen záznamy na SD kartě za poslední hodinu a k pozdějším se není možné dostat. Jen pokud vyndám SD kartu a dám ji do PC, tak zde jsou záznamy kompletní.
