I’m still waiting for you to make this app bearable. It takes ages to connect to the camera (especially when it is through a motofication), geofencing doesn’t work twice a month and it logs me out at random. Even if it had the best features, a UX like that is unbearable and inexcusable.
Στη μια συσκευη συνδέεται στην αλλη σφαλμα λαθος κωδικος ή μέιλ. Εχω πατησει 3 φορες ξεχασα κωδικο, βαζω το μέιλ δεν ερχονται οδηγιες για επαναφορα
When my 4-5G mobile internet coverage is not stable, if I moving somewhere in the mountains for example, application getting crazy and sending me messages that camera is standby, after few minutes that camera is online and continuously cycling with delivering this message
Notifications dont work!!!!
I cannot make an account. I have tried multiple times and still nothing. So the camera is completely useless. I am trying to contact support but there are only questions-answers and no other way to contact.
Slink doesn’t send notifications to the phone. You have to open the app to see the notifications
Not useful control of the camera
It takes so much time to load the camera’s image once you get off the app and most of the times fails to reconnect
I installed a Wi-Fi camera and I manage it from the app. The app has rich set of features and it was relatively easy to set up. However, the connection with the camera is often lost, the camera does not respond properly (turning etc), the app freezes often. I will give it more time…
This app is basically useless now.. I’ve installed the camera and it won’t show the image feed anymore. So basically I can’t use the cameras in my house anymore.
