## myDPD Description
myDPD app offers a wide range of functions.

● Retrieve automatically all your parcels: register and you will be able to check on the current status of all your parcels instantly.

● Access to the informations of your parcels, on their way to you, track your parcel live and know down to the hour when your parcel will arrive at your doorstep

● Redirect your parcel: you decide when and where we deliver your shipment. If you aren't at home, you can choose to change delivery day or choose to collect from a Pickup parcelshop. 

● Easily find the perfect parcelshop, using your location and filtering with the most relevant criteria (opening hours, parking...)

Service de livraison zéro!!!!

Le livreur est parti trop vite pour une livraison prévue le 27/11, pas moyen de le contacter. Avis de livraison (le 28/11)le lendemain à un point shop mais rien n’est arrivé et pas de notification reçue. Nous sommes le 29 et aucune notification m’informant que le colis est toujours au dépôt. Si je ne m’inscris pas sur l’application DPD, je n’aurai pas su où en était la livraison. Il n’y avait même pas un second essai de livraison non plus. J’ai payé un supplément pour recevoir au plus vite et malheureusement le service n’est ni compétent ni fiable. Les livreurs d’Amazon nous contacte d’office par téléphone avant de partir. Je ne commanderais plus en express si je vois que c’est DPD qui livre.

Deze app geeft mij gedachtes da ik nie wil ik word GEK van deze app plus de levering duurt zooo lang hallo ik heb iets besteld waar blijft da ik moest al bijna een week geleden iets krijgen, ook er komen geen verdere updates oo de app ik moet zo lang wachten en nu staat er ook nog eens dat ze het niet kunnen leveren omdat mijn adress zogezegd  fout is??! Ik heb alles juist ingevuld hoor.
Slechtse koeriers ooit vermijd dpd. Zelfs mijn pakje van china komt nog sneller?

After installing the app you need to select your country what leads to a error. I uninstalled it before that because every button lead to error’s or noting happens. I got as far as trying to insert my adres yet the city drop down seems not to function at all. 

This app is unusable!!

Hij herstelt zich steeds terug naar de basisopstelling.

Les suivis se retirent, le compte se déconnecte, je désinstalle et réinstalle l’application, impossible de sélectionner le pays. Bref, l’application n’est pas mieux que les livreurs.

the first delivery failed was they said my address was wrong （my floor and number were included). I and removed the room number and made another appointment for delivery. I was at home all day for this. Looking out the window. No one came to deliver the  so I reported it to customer service again: He said I was not at home. Oh My God! Not a single call came, nor did I ring the doorbell. I'm at home all day! Ok, the delivery failed the next day, saying my address was wrong. I've bought something using this address a few times and it's correct!HOW COME！！！！
