## myDPD Description
myDPD app offers a wide range of functions.

● Retrieve automatically all your parcels: register and you will be able to check on the current status of all your parcels instantly.

● Access to the informations of your parcels, on their way to you, track your parcel live and know down to the hour when your parcel will arrive at your doorstep

● Redirect your parcel: you decide when and where we deliver your shipment. If you aren't at home, you can choose to change delivery day or choose to collect from a Pickup parcelshop. 

● Easily find the perfect parcelshop, using your location and filtering with the most relevant criteria (opening hours, parking...)

Sem contactos na app, e quando ligo a apoio ao cliente ninguém atende. 
A App não funciona, fica bugado, e nem vou falar do chatbot que parece ter sido programado por uma criança de 12 anos no scratch.

Um aplicativo que presta serviço. Deve ser uma aplicação completa e qualquer alteração que o cliente queira gerir dentro dela deve FUNCIONAR. O serviço telefônico e o serviço de solução de problemas ao cliente é muito pobre. Falta de profissionalismo como empresa que presta soluções de problemas às pessoas. Se o aplicativo não estiver completo no nível de operação, NÃO O PUBLIQUE. Não o coloque para funcionar se não passar nos testes de funcionamento. Se a mentalidade na aplicação é tentativa e erro, não é o melhor para este tipo de aplicação que vai de mãos dadas para ajudar. Lembre-se de AJUDAR não complicar o que deve ser uma ajuda...
