It become much better but there is a room for improvement
App is great, stable and you can add your devices. However, there is no Dyson store in it! There is no Dyson option to link. Also there is no link to Dyson v15s and others - you can’t see status of the battery, how many times it was used, load … and so on … basically app is Ok, but there is no simple warranty page etc. To summarise: app is stable and easy to use, but it isn’t functional (most of the features people need including shop are missing) ;(
Wrong measurement
Since the latest update, my purifier is reading a 999 for both 2.5u and 10u !! Everything else is fine.
Worst lamp ever
Arrived broken, the replacement turns off automatically after 5 minutes.
No support for new high-end devices
I’ve used the app a lot with my Dyson hot and cool air purifier. Was going to buy some additional devices only to discover that My Dyson app support has been removed?! From a device that appears to be identical like mine and costs ~ €600! Some devices are €700-800 and you cannot use the app to control them?! Ridiculous to have to pay ~ €200 for one that comes in different colour and offers compatibility with the app…
Great app - one improvement recommended
This is a great app and system. It would be great if there could be an easier way on the app to switch between devices. Rather than clicking on top left icon to change room.. it would be cool if we could just swipe between room/devices. This would be shorter. Also an interactive iOS 17 widget would be very handy.
Vacuum robot
Poor quality, a lot of problems I highly not recommend
Constantly will not connect and WhatsApp support poor
It rarely connects and says it is turned off. It is even close to a Wi-Fi point. This is the replacement as they could not fix the original one that kept going into rooms and then back to base. That too could not connect consistently as others have mentioned as well. Overall, a poor product and we’re now looking at others. Our iRobot mop actually functions without fail. The other, standard vacuums (we have two other normal ones) are great and customer service is good. Except the WhatsApp customer service. It takes hours and hours for responses. Just call them. Far faster and they are more knowledgeable.
