Made a purchase using my Myer one card, I did this as I was told I would be able to receive a refund or make an exchange if it was the wrong size. When heading into store only a few days later i was denied my exchange due to the Myer one app not working. There was no evidence of me using the card on my profile. I am now stuck with an item that I cannot use because this system let me down. Very disappointed

Absolutely pointless app can't shop within it. Half the time you can't login. There's problems with the server. The spacing in the barcode has to be correct sometimes and then not correct the others. It's just useless. It's buggy if you want to shop it takes you out of the app anyway it's just a pointless waste of time. It's no wonder Meyer is going broke. They can't even keep up-to-date with basic technology. If Kmart & BigW can build user friendly shopping apps why can't Myer do it? Good riddance Myer all you had to do is keep up with technology and demands and you would've stayed in business.

Data on this app is frequently incorrect or missing/incomplete. Myer One readers program does not track all purchases - this is such a common occurrence that they e added a function to report missing transactions. However this function does not work, which is disappointing. Overall, this is a clunky app.

MyerOne app login uses the ‘MyerOne card number’ as the username then when you want to shop you are prompted to login using your ‘email address’ - they are 2 different logins.  

A seamless transition from the app to shopping is required without having to create two logins.

I’ll be very honest: the account creation and setup process is so painful, complex and confusing that buying anything online is impossible. The app is useless, it only shows your credits, nothing else. For online purchasing it directs you to the website and doesn’t log you in. You try to use your credentials to log in to the site and it doesn’t work. This is a shame. A big company with such a lame crappy app and site experience is something absolutely embarrassing.

I find this the most frustrating app of all time. Every time I go to use it, it requires an update ( no doubt so I approve new rules?) It then takes 3 years and a lot of work to get it up and running again. Who has time for this?
