When submitting a claim you need to fill in your policy number. This means you need to have either a physics card which they no longer send you or you have to go back and forth with a screen grab if your policy. Why is it not autofilled. But by far the worst part is, you spend all this time filling in an online claim and then they ask you to upload a copy of the paper claim form. Absolute waste of time. Why not just email the claim form. This app might as well not exist.
