Appli installée, demande authentification avec istme … toujours pas fonctionnel. Soit disant venant du navigateur alors que aucun problème avec tous les autres demandes de confirmation avec istme. Juste l’appli egov qui ne fonctionne pas et vus la date des commentaires… toujours aucune solution …

De app dwingt me de Engelse taal te gebruiken omdat mijn telefoon zo staat ingesteld. Er is GEEN optie in de app om dit naar Nederlands te zetten (voor de app alleen). In een land met 3 landstalen is dit een grote ontwerpfout. FIX DIT!

Laatste update maakt de app onbruikbaar. Foutmelding geeft aan dat app preventief geblokkeerd is, maar informatie om dit probleem te verhelpen ontbreekt. Je kan wel een support ID kopiëren. Maar de mogelijkheid om support te contacteren ontbreekt.
Registratie via itsme of eID botst op foutmeldingen.

Quand on ouvre un fichier pour le lire, il n’est pas possible en basculant le smartphone d’avoir une lecture du document avec les caractères plus grand en mode paysage comme le fait une app en 2026 en général.

Weblinks in documenten ontvangen via ebox werken niet. De helft van de functionaliteit is dus nutteloos. Notificaties worden ook altijd snachts afgeleverd wanneer meeste gsm’s op stil staan. Nog véél andere problemen waarvoor dit veld te klein is. Doe a.u.b. eens beroep op een service en een UI designer.

De app is onderontwikkeld. Ik heb Nederlands als taal geselecteerd, maar soms verschijnen er berichten in het Frans. Dat vind ik lastig, omdat Frans en Nederlands niet mijn moedertaal zijn. Ik spreek Nederlands omdat ik het heb geleerd.
