Outpatient scan/lab test results can be found on app if clinic ordered patient to undergo screening using parkway lab facilities. 
However, given the same scenario except for patient was hospitalised this round, none of the results will be uploaded on app? 
If unable to deliver complete information to end user why is there a need for us to refer?
The institution should treat all patient’s medical information as sensitive and confidential data. Since we performed necessary authentication before logging in, then why still showing me that this report consisted of sensitive data and not able to show me the result! The more i use the app, it is surfacing more flaws

In this day and age, the FAQ says it takes up to 14 days to get your Lab Report updated from the date you took the lap test.   I assume they lost one of my report for the lab test as it’s still outstanding for more than 6 months.  I am now waiting for my latest report to be made available after waiting for 7 days already.   Don’t expect too much from this app.
