You will get charged for a subscription without even realising it. If you read other reviews you will understand. Thats like a scam! You will never get a refund. Im just trying to help new subscribers. Thats £129 you guys

Downloaded and was given a 14 day free trial, that same night £135 comes out of my account from them!! I never agreed to this and thought I was getting a free trial, I am now going to have to contact my bank as this is fraud. Beware of using a free trial!

Renewal.
I think you could make cancelling auto renewal much easier to do or take it off all together. Try sending a price 30 days before renewal dat.
So slow and quite buggy
I have been creating my family tree for a few months now, and have been enjoying the smart matches, but why is it so painfully slow when either confirming the smart matches/selecting the additional info to be added? I can sit for an hour a night and only get one or two complete people confirmed - and if I have someone on my tree who has 50-100 smart matches with others. Literally impossible to go through and verify. If I use the browser, it duplicates records, if I use the app, I’m twiddling my thumbs while it does something in the background. Updating the app doesn’t help.
My Heritage
I have found more information about both my family and my wife,s family. I like the number of different countries you can look at. Would recommend it to any one looking to build their families history.
Useful but could be better
The app is useful, but lags way behind what you can do in the browser version. For example, you cannot save photos from a matching record, and selecting the wanted date by ticking is not as easy as the new method in the browser version. I thought the app and browser were synchronised (change the data in one and it appears in the other), but if it is then there is a long lag between them. As the app has just been updated, it needs yet more development.
It’s got buttons, menu and flashing lights, but doesn’t seem to have options to link things.
It seems to have lots of features (visually), but how you link records to your tree is anyone’s guess. Once the correct census details are found, there’s an option to upload a comment, but no option to link to the person in your tree. It finds people that seem to match, but with incorrectly spelt names and dates of birth, but seem vaguely to be the same person. Are you supposed to link to these incorrect entries to potentially find more info or not, or correct the errors ? It’s got potential, but looks like a work in progress at the moment.
