I was trying to return from Malaysia and intending to use QR code at custom. The App force me to update the at the critical moment. Luckily there is network connection and data speed is fast to complete. It is very unfriendly for the app to do that!

They did not save the people that I added on app. Almost did not scan me in. Worser than the 1 star rated Meewatch if I could I would give it a 0 star

Much improved. But UI and items designed in are still in the perspective of the engineer and ICA. Please design only with the interest of the submitters, be convenient and intuitive for usage.

This will drain my battery!

For such a simple app, why keep forcing user to update it?? I understand about regular security updates but not every month right? Do you know users are overseas when using this app?

Already try few times to get the qr code,still can’t use……also email and feedback until now still can’t solve the problem

It has renew ic but no renew passport. It would be convenient if it has renew passport function attached to it

When filling in manually or scan passport, the NRIC and passport number will keep missing even after you key in and save the profile.

Can’t even update the app totally trash
