Problem scanning
Hard to scan QR code,maybe not enough brightness,need to go setting adjust brightness to scan,please fix this

This application is brought to you by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), a Singapore Government Agency.
MyICA Mobile App (1) provides a one-stop platform for Singapore residents and foreign visitors to transact with ICA conveniently. The features include:
• SG Arrival Card (2) for residents and visitors to submit health declaration and arrival information
- Provide personal information with ease by scanning the passport biographical data page;
- Provide a group submission for up to 10 travellers; and
- Retrieve submitted records with ease.
• Gateway to e-Services & MyICA portal
- Access existing ICA e-services and MyICA portal on your mobile phone.
Note:
(1) The download and use of MyICA Mobile App is free of charge.
(2) The SG Arrival Card is NOT a visa. Visitors can visit Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website to check if they need a visa to enter Singapore.

I have been trying to update apps for an hour. Failed and failed. And I can’t submit my arrival information
Group QR code
How about adding the feature to Crete group QR code for land checkpoints by scanning the individual QR code? Much more intuitive to do that.

User friendly and addresses users need. What took you guys so long?!? Well done!
Bad UI
Kept changing the UI and replace Day of Arrival option with Date of Arrival option. Just give us BOTH! Isn’t that better?!?! Don’t make the app less useless than it already is
Health Declaration Upon Return
Not user friendly for group declarations. Apparently, it wasn’t submitted but was saved as draft. The system keeps hanging while retrieving the data. Please rectify it and improve the application.
Turn on Max Brightness of iPhone
Version 1.4.0 In order to accommodate the scanner hardware or firmware …when using the Q R Code you increase the iPhone to maximum brightness. The software should adjust the brightness to default setting when not in use.it will drain the iPhone Battery.
Pls allow use without updating
Always needing to update the app when crossing the custom! Very inconvenient!
