App continuously fails. Would not renew with Irish Life again based on app alone. 5th or 6th time in 12 months I cannot access my account. Password has remained the same throughout. App picks and chooses when to work Irish Life has been great from a health insurance point of view, app is beyond a joke and crazy frustrating to login into my account -- bulletproof28, 2025-01-02 ### **--- "Purposefully poorly functioning app" - clumsy 2 step login (I’m required to enter my email address, then brought to a new page where I enter my email address again along with my password) - malfunctioning ‘new claim’ function (either the button to proceed with uploading the claim stays greyed out or the photo taken with the app’s own camera function is too large to be accepted) - to access any of the ‘my clinic’ consultations, I’m moved to yet another login on a separate website where I need to create another separate account. I can’t help but suspect this app has been designed specifically to frustrate any efforts to claim expenses back or to avail of the incentives offered to motivate us to buy Irish Life policies. Don’t see why this is necessary. Banking apps have less hurdles. Makes me think that it’s purposeful, to put people off logging in and discourage claims.
