Very complicated app 🙁

After registering with my sms-token my logins work and the result is shown properly with each logins. Notifications also show every update (partial then complete). I think some people don’t understand they need to use the sign in after registering with the token.

Cette application me fait c…r depuis 3 jours. Rien ne fonctionne, si je donne un mot de passe j‘ai le message qu‘il est déjà utilisé … impossible. Pourquoi ne pas envoyer un token per SMS avec lequel on peut ouvrir les résultats dans l‘E-Mail. Ce serait beaucoup plus facile au lieu de compliquer tout 🙄🙄

Application horrible et incroyablement estressante. Ils envoient un message pour vérifier les résultats de l'analyse, mais n'envoient aucun code d'accès. Lorsque vous souhaitez vous connecter au compte MYLAB, il y a toujours un message d'erreur. L'application MYLAB n'a pas de menu pour accéder aux options, comme n'importe quelle application qui en possède déjà. Avec autant de critiques négatives, vous ne voulez même pas en tenir compte pour essayer de vous améliorer. c'est un manque de respect. Je ne sais même pas pourquoi je suis allé faire des analyses dans votre laboratoire.

Doesn‘t work properly and always says username already taken

This app would struggle to win 7th place in a high school science contest. All I want is my kid’s test results and instead I have the faff of trying to figure out this poorly designed, poorly functioning app. Thanks for nothing Bionext.

Not possible to take an appointment on the app as the button to move forward when arriving at « Where? » does not work, even if everything is completed correctly.

I keep receiving SMS saying my results are ready but I cannot see them in the app.

I came to their lab with my child, he did a rapid test. I just need this PDF, nothing else!!! Just email that!!! But no, I need to install this stupid app, without a choice I need to get an account, then get a “invalid api error”, then to find out, that they are asking a date of birth of my child for registration. And all of this to get the paper valid 48 hours 😡

Ne fonctionne plus depuis quelque mois
