Slow in opening

Why is it so slow on my phone and at times I need to delete the whole app and download it again before login in and it will still do same each time I try to open it again

Not working anymore?

Recently updated to iOS 15 and the app doesn’t appear to respond anymore or allow me to log back in.

Very Old & slow software 🤯

Terrible performance

I’ve been using this company for years. I even have a paid account. However the app provided is not done properly. It’s slow, and freezes constantly. It’s one of the worse I’ve used.

Trying to open app and getting nothing but white screen on iPhone X plus also not getting chat request pop ups notifications 80% of the time all random inconsistency no updates or fixes for many months!!!:((( I would not recommend this app to any one!

Now not even starting!!!

The mobile app is now not even starting on iOS 13.1.3 Or newer.... Great job... Please fix this release

Can’t log in

Won’t let me log in even though I am using the correct ID username and password

Does NOT work! You can’t log in. Reports in reviews over a year.
