Have purchased multiple times with no discount vouchers what so ever but still my points never increase, I was unable to redeem the free birthday tub for this reason. I’ve been installing and uninstalling the app multiple times hoping that it was a bug and updates may fix them, to no avail. Very disappointing and dissatisfying.
