Was using the app from 7 days free trial to less 10 days after free trial. I was charged 999 from my account but we cannot access the videos in the app already. It says that we need to upgrade by paying 500 php to upgrade and extend up to the next monthly subscription (it was a discount). But I got no plan on extending the app since my 2 sons was not paying attention to the videos. I was just consuming what we paid for. My subscription was until June 20, today is May 30 and we cannot access the app already. 999 was just for 10 days only? Hard earned money was wasted. 😕

My cousin is diagnosed with ASD, although we have our own therapist naman, sometimes life happens and it's hard to book again or reschedule. This app really helps us a lot in terms of consistency, it's not a complete substitute, but it really helps a lot as a support to our main therapist. Worth the money, therapy is around ₱2,000 per HOUR and Mylo is just ₱1k per month. People subscribe to Netflix nga, why not this, when it helps a lot. Super thankful to Mylo!
