Almost every time I use it, there is some sort of issue. Usually it is that the restaurant did not receive the order. I continue to use it because I hate the price gouging that goes on with the other apps, however it is faulty.

I love this app. Super easy to use and supports local businesses! I prefer it over other food delivery service options.

I love how easy and convenient this app is. I live in a small town and so most of the restaurants in my town do not support this app but I definitely use the restaurants on the app and it’s my favorite!

I love this app to order from one of my local restaurants. It is super easy to order, there is no fee for using it, and the text communication is very helpful.

We were looking for a place to eat good food in Eugene and found the little food cart area. It was great to order food right from our table using MyMenuHelper and have it delivered, keeping space for everyone! Food was good, service excellent, and we’ll be back again.

Love that more of the money is seen by the restaurants as opposed to DoorDash or GrubHub! Also better notification system.

I really like being able to order take out from multiple restaurants in a sing app.

The APP is really easy to use!!! And the best part; the food was HOT and FRESH!!!

They charge .99c for a convenience fee, which isn’t bad but it would be nice if they would be more transparent and tell ppl that. Out last order even though I was charged and it said it was sent, when we got to the restaurant, they had not received it. So we had to wait.
