Problem with app
I am trying to add a new payment card to my account and every time I try to add it on there and never works. It’ll keep saying technical issues. Please try again later so what does that mean? Can I not add a new payment card onto my account? I love metro, but this is very annoying.

App is horrible
App won’t take payment. It makes you call the 611 number. And there’s no way to be quiet about it. They make you scream you card information over the phone to an automated machine so everyone with a pen can illegally get your information. This company is a sham. I think I’m going back to Verizon

Won’t open
This app will not open, keeps asking to connect to WiFi, which I have connected on my phone but then fails to open and says there’s a problem, very annoying. Hasn’t worked for the past month
Perhaps the worst of the worst
I have regrettably been with Metro for 2 years! This is possibly the worst service provider I have ever used! I live in a major city and, especially recently, have been experiencing incredibly slow data speeds, limited reception, and poor quality over all. I would not recommend them as a cellular service provider and am planning on changing carriers in the very near future!

Invest in good Software Engineers
You will get more clients if you make this app more responsive and faster, as well for the website. I just use it because it’s cheap but to be honest using it gives me headaches. Just hire good developers and fix this. Seems like T-Mobile just cares about T-mobile and not “their” companies.
Glitch
This app is glitchy. Also, you should be at least able to access the app to make a payment if a customer forgets their payment or doesn’t have the funds!!
