Just want go pay my registration bill.. taken 45 mins so far! Still unable to!!

Unable to renew tag on this thing. It can NEVER match my vehicle’s tag number and title.

Do yourself a favor and save the room on your device. It is exactly the same as using the online service. It provide no additional usefulness or functions.

Ridiculously buggy

Update: Use the website for voter registration. It actually completes the registration. It is April 4, 2024 it stated that I should have my updated voter information mailed in about two weeks. We’ll see. Nothing like having your online voter registration not working during an election year. Doesn’t matter which party you choose, it freezes on a white screen. At least you can pay your bills. They will always make sure they can take your money.

Most user unfriendly app ever. Missing automobile info. Unable to upload files. No profile info. Unable to change my preferences so I can go back to paper billing.

I love that this app has all of my saved information and that there is the chat feature to quickly do all of the dmv related things that I need to. It is so fast and easy to use. Registration for cars and renewing licenses from and app. Win win win.

The app worked well enough to allow me to setup an account and make a payment to renew my licenses. I’m glad the app made everything quick and convenient.

I've used this app for three years now owning a car and changing my NC address three times. The app has consistently been buggy, crashing unexpectedly when you get to a certain prompt on updating your voter registration while updating your address, and designed poorly. No improvements in the past three years. The prompts also switch the location of "Yes" and "No" for the "are you a felon?" question, leading to you having to restart the process if you answer incorrectly.
