Healthcare Providers and Staff know their patients have the information they need to improve adherence, outcomes and satisfaction. Patients can use the app to get updates, education, complete assessments, daily tasks, and track progress. Patients can invite their families members and care givers to be part of their space. Staff can send updates to patients and families, and keep track of their patients' progress. Our engagement platform delivers the right information to patients based on their journey stage and monitors patients' responses to trigger alerts. Your HealthCare Provider will provide you access to the app. You will receive by SMS or email a link to download and join your space in myPatientSpace. Your experience will be personalized for your HealthCare Provider and your particular treatment. This treatment information is provided to you by your Healthcare provider to support you on your care journey. To use myPatientSpace - your Healthcare Provider will need to sign up to myPatientSpace and provide you with access. New in version 1.6.76: Two-Step account verification option. Refer to developer website where there is no option t contact anyone. Recurring problem, fixed, broken, fixed, now again broken. App opens fine if launched directly, but crashes if you try to open from Apple notification screen -annoying. -- spilldabeans, 2025-01-31 ### ***** "MyPatientSpace App" I recently had to undergo knee replacement surgery. From the time the date for surgery was fixed, I was invited to join the My Patient Space programme, from the hospital in question. The App was well set out with plenty of information in relation to the procedure I was to undergo and regular updates received as the time for admission drew near, with “what to do next” info and a checklist for preparing to go in to hospital and setting up the house in advance of my return home. For me and what I found most beneficial and motivational, was the physio programme set out for preparing for the op and now since returning home, the rehab element associated with a (hopeful) return to active living. This App really has been a great help. For anyone who does get enrolled be sure to keep in touch with it, the information changes relative to your Pre and post op timings and I would advocate adherence with it. If, as happened me, a problem arises with connection to it, be sure to draw it to someone’s attention (your consultants secretary, for example) and as also happened me, the VERY helpful developers will resolve the issue.
