Good luck trying to set up a password and login with this confused garbage.

Went to post website, which led me to the mypost website to search for a function that seems it doesn’t exist - to manage my mobile subscription bills. The FAQ told me to install and use this app. I did that and tried to follow te steps. The steps in the faq were wrong. On top the function I need has many bugs. And even though the app shows success messages, it just duplicates the widget with access denied. Half of the app is access denied. I feel like I’m being mocked. Here’s an idea, have fewer apps, sites and make one, and find the bugs yourselves instead of annoying me with a dozen each time I need to do a simple task. I wasted 1 hour on this process with no step forward.

Since the update to using luxid, a login is always needed when opening the app, not user friendly

Hello, Since mars that it is impossible to access the consummation. I do my login and then there’s always written ‘under maintenance’. Is the problem being checked ? Thanks

Why do i have to get a luxid account now to log in just to see how mich internet i used. Don‘t you think i already have many accounts and passwords to remember??
