Auto renewal shouldn’t be turned on for 30 day plans by default to begin with Would give 0 stars if there was an option for that.
My plan is $17.30 monthly but someeehow it always increases to $50 $36 wtfff like atleast send notification when bill is nearing? or like be transparent… ive done nothing for my bill to increase, ive not exceeded or nothing. even when i purchase roaming i pay on the damn spot
My mobile network speed has been really slow all of a sudden. It used to be better.
Terrible customer service! Extremely difficult to talk to someone for issues. Regret porting over to MyRepublic!
I couldn’t get a hold of CS to help through chat, but the good thing is they also provide chat through email so that we don’t have to always attend to phone to wait. Paul gives me detailed instructions to resolve my issue and it works like charm. Thank you!
The ai bot is dumb and it takes ages to connect to a real person. I end up tapping thru multiple auto responses just to get to a person. And the person still has to verify who I am when I am clearly logged in on the app. Then when I missed the message they close the conversation and I have to start over. What a horrible unusable app design. Do the developers or product people ever use their own app?
Sometimes unable to connect to the internet despite restarting my phone. Not really a good network experience.
no connection on NEL underground usually. Unable to find option to deactivate plan too.
1. I have to login to my account every few days as the app keeps logging me out after not having opening the app for a few days. 2. My account is combined with mobile & broadband. Broadband accounts are not visible after a few days/a week of not opening the app. Have to relog to get everything in place. Overall, troublesome to keep logging into the app.
