This is not an application but an overlay for a fixed content website. Country guides are generic and lack real content to be useful for business or leisure travelers. Safety tips are boilerplate guides with out localization or customization. Seems unfinished or awaiting crowd sourcing input to put any real local content or information. Unsure if SMS will be of any use given information is so limited.
