Every biomarker is extracted, its units normalised, and the result stored as structured data rather than another file you will never open again. It reads the document, not a template, so it works with your lab's format wherever you are — and it reads Arabic reports as fluently as English ones. Prescriptions, radiology and scan reports, DEXA, InBody, vitals, medications and refills, nutrition, hydration, symptoms and body composition live in the same record. Apple Health and your wearables feed it too. UNDERSTAND — read in your context, not in isolation This is what separates mySEHA from asking any AI to look at a page. Every new report is analysed inside your own history: your age, your sex, your family history, the medications and supplements you take, the symptoms and vitals you have logged — and, for every biomarker, your last three results. So the question it answers is not "what does this number say?" but "what does this number mean, for this person, moving in this direction?" Four clinical scores — metabolic, hormonal, nutritional and inflammatory — are calculated in code from published clinical formulas including HOMA-IR and free testosterone by the Vermeulen equation. The AI reads and writes. It never scores. You can open the clinical basis behind any finding and see the formula it came from. Your Health Age turns all of it into one number: how old your results read, next to how old you are. CONNECT — the relationships, not just the values Low vitamin D, rising inflammation, suppressed testosterone and early insulin resistance are rarely four separate problems. mySEHA maps how your markers relate and explains what appears to be driving what — in Arabic, composed rather than translated. Findings tell you what is working, not only what is not. A marker that has moved back into range is a result worth seeing. A library of more than 400 biomarkers means the explanation does not stop at the common panel. And your Biomarker Ledger holds every marker you have ever tested — how many times, when, at which lab, and how it has moved. Compare a result from May at one lab against August at another, in one table, with the units reconciled. ACT — what to do next Re-testing schedules and a personal testing calendar. Preventive screening guidance for the conditions that matter where you live — Egypt's national hepatitis C programme screened more than 60 million people, and that is the kind of context a generic app has no way to know.
