Not good apps! Unable to register!

Downloaded the app. Tried to create the account and still waiting for email to inform me account is created. Unable to proceed further till I get a response.

this app is comeplete rubbish as opposed to what we are used to in Singapore. trying to lod my vaccination cert and it can’t!

Please fix this app

I have tried to remove app (offload and delete app in settings) and reinstall but same problem still arises. Can help?

Entered vaccination details (done in USA), clicked Submit, but no response from app. Something wrong! Please fix the app.

The app is improving slowly. But 2 things that i think could be enhanced: 1. Make the animation of opening the scanner more smooth, don’t slide a bit and suddenly jump out. It should slide out smoothly. 2. Open webpage in in-app browser, don’t redirect to safari. It’s a trouble that always need to close tab in safari after use instead of just clicking “done” in app.

Been trying to sort out my app to get my vaccination status sorted out. Approved and verified on mySafeTravel but somehow it does not link back to MySejahtera app. Tried all methods (remove comma in name, update DOB, update different form) read online and with others helping to no avail. Now trying to get help by messaging them on twitter. Almost 1 month to settle all these issues. Good luck to those traveling to msia.

No user id or password being received after 2 weeks Can help?
