I really love this game, but its the only game that makes my phone overheat. I have similar games on my phone and dont have this issue. Unfortunately because of this problem i have to delete the game to ensure no further damage is caused to my device

This game lets you play for as long as you can solve the challenges. Got me addicted, also like that i dont get a sense of money grab. Well done dev team.

After playing many Scape versions, I am totally disappointed in this game. Although it is interesting to win the Hard levels, it is boring and tiresome to battle with a level that takes so long to solve. Level 80 at the moment is a case in point. The story is enjoyable and interesting, but I’m tempted to delete this app, because I play for relaxation, not frustration. I am not a professional Gamer, but do enjoy strategic and “detective” games. The level’s move allowance is absolutely ridiculous in these hard levels and not everyone can afford to buy lives.

Keeps on telling me to check my internet connections. But my internet connections is fine as I play all my other games and go online. This is very disappointing.

I love the story line and restoring the mansion and various other places is my most favourite part and especially the puzzles within the game. I’ve been playing this game nonstop since I got it and have progressed very fast. What I don’t like is that you need 900 coins for 5 extra energy and a further 1200 coins if you still couldn’t complete the level. I feel that is waaaay too much since we make very little coins as we progress in the game. I think the coins required should be less and more reasonable. And also you require quite a lot of stars to complete each task. That is also a lot considering we don’t make as much stars. I have spent money on this game but I can’t continue to do so as it’s costing me too much. Perhaps watching ads could be an option to progress in the game. And also less coins and stars required to complete tasks will make the game less frustrating and more fun and interesting.

Love the game but the game keeps crashing, in the process I’m losing rewards and not progressing.

I’ve spent money on this game, and when I reached out to their support team, and sent PROOF, that the game glitched and froze multiple times, causing me to lose levels, lives, and boosters, they wouldn’t even RESPOND to me, let alone, do anything to rectify the situation, so don’t ever spend any money on it, because you’ll lose you’re money due to game malfunctions, and they won’t do anything to help you!

It’s a good game and the mystery keeps you engaged but everything takes too much. The energy for the side game takes so much and barely does anything. The stars that you use to complete task takes way too many as well. The game seems money hungry. They try their best for you to buy energy and stars. Wish they would do better could be a great game.

You know, it’s one thing to make levels hard enough that you need to try a few times, or need boosters. It’s quite another when your game is programmed to *purposely* screw up the strategy your players have been working on elaborately setting up. I’ve lost the current hard level I’ve been trying to beat for the last half-day ENTIRELY because the game has sent boosters to blow up my other boosters and clusters of colors which I had right where I wanted them. This has happened nearly ten times on this level alone, and it isn’t the first level it’s happened on. I’m very very close to quitting altogether, and that’s sad because of how I had been enjoying it before this started.
