Jammer, vroeger kon ik mijn wifi router bekijken op de app!
Maar sinds de laatste updates kan ik er niet meer opkomen. 

Wat ik raar vind, op de website kan ik het wel bekijken maar ik ben niet een grote fan van de website…

Mijn Telenet app werkt al enkele maanden niet op iOS. Opnieuw geïnstalleerd en alles geprobeerd maar ik krijg de melding ‘oeps er liep iets mis probeer het later nog eens’.

Alles werkt goed en vlot aan de app.

Behalve de laatste weken bij wifi netwerk zegt die: oeps er ging iets mis. Probeer opnieuw.

De wifi werkt nochtans goed. Aan de modem ligt het niet, denk eerder aan de app.
De app is up to date.

Compatibel zeggen ze dan, zit je ff terug met je reserve toestel, kan je 70% van je apps niet gebruiken omdat die bepaalde ios niet erop kan

Ben recent in een moeilijk toestand gekomen doordat een leverancier mij in de steek heeft gelaten. Telenet is bijna op dagelijkse wijze tussengekomen met een prima resultaat

Gisteravond valt na een onweersbui telenet volledig uit, tv, internet en telefonie. 
Ik wou de toestand even nagaan via deze app, maar zelfs het inlogscherm komt niet te voorschijn. Ook niet op 5G. Weinig nuttig op deze wijze

Telkens sturen jullie klanten met problemen naar Facebook of whatsapp. Maar waarom?? Er zijn mensen die net sociale media vermijden. Integreer daarom iMessage for business in deze app of ontwikkel een eigen berichtendienst hierin. En Telenet als jek hierop nog eens feedback geeft zeg dan niet geeft zeg dan niet dat je vraagt om met Messenger contact op te nemen. 😡😤 Onbegrijpelijk dat jullie je klantendienst laten afhangen van diensten zoals Facebook, Messenger en Whatsapp. Of misschien beter gezegd onbegrijpelijk dat klanten die diensten van Meta gebruiken bij jullie een voorkeursbehandeling krijgen. Binnenkort ben ik verplicht om over te schakelen naar een telecom die mij wel eens kan helpen via een platform zonder gebruik van Meta diensten.

Enorm slechte app, je kan bijna niks instellen via de app. Maar wat ze wel hebben is een aparte tab om u eraan te herinneren dat ge nog geld moet betalen aan Telenet. Er zijn 5 TABS!!! Zeer waarschijnlijk niks anders dan een pet project van het blauwharig zoontje van de baas. 0 op 10

I have english as a primary with french as a second language set in IOS. The app is in english 👍 but any external links to the telenet website appear in dutch🙁. Often it is not even possible to switch!

I tried setting my primary language on telenet to french but it does not help. 

Telenet has always had a very poor website (although it is improving) and the language support for anything other than dutch is abysmal. 
Why can't the app open the links in french - it is possible to determine the languages supported in IOS and the pages exist.

We betalen enorm veel en dan wil je de tv Telenet app gebruiken in Turkije  fethiye in een 5 sterren hotel en dan kan je niks omdat er copyright beperkingen zijn .kijken enkel mogelijk in België 
Mijn man was razend .Geen voetbal niks . En woedend. Niet eens ster waard .veel beloftes ,tis altijd hetzelfde .
