It is absolutely F2P but you will lose consistently. I have played 3 days. Day 1 was ok. Day 2 was lose unless you use your resources day 3 is lose unless you spend, unlike other games it quickly reveals P2W. I am giving it some more time because the game modes look promising but as is… terrible game. I wouldn’t suggest playing it unless you are looking for a place to put your money.

Pay to play. Either a lot of unbeatable bots or cheaters probably both. It becomes unfair at GAME 2! There are very few of these types of games that are not pay to play, rigged. They sabotage you to get you to dump money into their game. Games are supposed to be fun but greedy devs always manage to destroy the fun part. There’s no report button so they don’t want to know because those people do spend money or as I said bots. Frustrating not fun. I would never give a game like this my money so I guess I’ll delete it.

It’s a really good skeleton of a game. It’s almost like taking magic chess. Making it better and giving it elements of clash Royale. But I think the elements of clash Royale were not perfected. Bc you don’t get chests often. And can’t unlock cards i the same way. And climbing the arenas is much longer of a grind than clash. It seems more like a money grab. I think if you earn cards at a fair rate. And more gold for winning games. Then the long arena grind would be ok. Also getting more gold and cards the higher arena you are in. And competitive play should have all card stats boosted to the same level to make it fair game. It should be about player skill not card level.  That’s the point of having a separate ranked playlist. Furthermore I really think the grind to new arenas is too long. And bc you don’t get more cards per match in those higher arenas it seems pointless. Makes it to where you almost need to spend money to level cards so you can participate in ranked. And at the end of the day ranked is the only end game content in the game. Seems counterintuitive. Just a few things to work on. I would like to see more boss like arenas like with the adventure. Pitting your team against the dragon to try and win. And having higher difficulties of that might be a cool touch. It is a fun game for ppl interested in the magic chess genre. I would love to see a game mode like magic chess where you have to merge the same character together and level them up. As your champion levels up over time. I think it would work well with this game.

I absolutely LOVE this game; in fact, the asynchronous multiplayer is genuinely how every mobile auto chess game should be.

With that said, PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, NERF BONE CHARM!! This game is so fun, but bone charm is the most anti-fun perk in the game and is ridiculously unfair because it literally has 0 counters. 

How are you supposed to beat someone when 7 of their champions can each absorb 10K extra damage while they’re already dead???

Super fun game but please rework that ability because it’s simply unfair and anti-fun.

### **--- "F2P is Hopeless"
I played every day until maximum rewards for a little over one month straight and I’ve decided to uninstall. Ultimately the grind, repetition and complete non-viability of being F2P in this game led to this decision. In perspective, playing two hours a day for a month straight got me a couple of common and uncommon units to level 12. I’ve seen, and somehow been matched against, players with units that are level 25! That would take me A YEAR or more to get there, and even then it would only be commons and uncommons. Leveling up Legendaries and Mythics (rarity, of course, translates to power in this game) is simply a matter of cash. It’s inconceivable to get there, ever, as a F2P player. The developers have also made a number of player-unfriendly choices such as locking the battle speed up option behind a ten dollar per month paywall and offering entire factions instantly up to high levels for up to 100 dollars in the shop. In 30 seconds with cash you’ll leapfrog months of F2P progress. The gameplay itself is OKAY but it’s repetitive and has very little skill or player agency. Ultimately it’s just a game of stats and levels. You don’t actually control your units or get to “outplay” anyone. The deeper you get the more hopeless you realize the experience is unless you’re going to pony up. I’m just not, so, I quit.

No skill involved whatsoever when you can purchase entire decks. Reminder to new players - don’t waste your time! 

Game was cool at first. As I progressed, as unlocked a new arena. I was offered to “The Lost Jungle Set” as a purchase. Typical tiers of $1.99, $4.99, $9.99, up to $99.99. You can literally just buy your decks. Lost interest immediately. True competitive arena-type games like these don’t offer THAT level of card purchasing… anyway, don’t waste your time. Find another game!

Literally cannot win in anything, classic, ranked, events, nothing because the more you level up the more stronger opponents you get matched with, so you literally never win, which means never get rewards for winning, which means the only way to get stronger is to buy packs. But the moment you level up the match making match you with stronger opponents, so you just NEVER win.

This game would be really cool if it had a system that made any sort of sense I’ve tried to read through the guide and it’s not even complicated it’s just to chaotic there is not firm set of rules you could have over 1000 more power then someone and you will still lose character strengths can be 3 levels higher and you could have superior artifacts but you will still lose no matter how much upgrading you do and there isn’t a real story line that makes you want to keep playing major let down on a game
