I can’t see my babies eyes if she’s awake or not. It gets disconnected frequently too. App is lagging and slow to load. The rest of the apps on my phone are functioning fine. Never encounted problems like this on my other baby monitor that’s connected to wifi. -- alyssarellosa, 2024-04-18 ### *---- "Need to reconnect all the time" On iPhone, camera gets disconnected a lot of times. Not sure what triggers it because sometimes it stays in but after opening the app a few more times, I have to connect the unit again. It's frustrating because I get the notificarion for motion, sound etc but when I open the app, the camera is no longer connected. Will really appreciate if this gets fixed.
