Servis benerin. lumayan sih buka lapangan kerja tapi selain itu masuk jurang aja lah 🤣 Not recommended! Use other providers instead!

Purchased my roaming package for Japan and on day one it was complete failure. XL can’t take responsibility and fix the issue, blaming everything and everyone. Refund is also not an option apparently after they can’t fix anything. Worst company to deal with, customer service is terrible, I’ll be using other providers moving forward. Stay away!

Pelayanan nya sangat payah. Live chat langsung di putus tanpa memberikan solusi. Padahal cuma tanya cara menggunakan xl go izi. Percuma beli 600 ribu hanya jadi sampah gak bisa connect.

Aplikasi my xl 5.2.1 tidak maksimal, jauh dari harapan.

This is a web view app, in an iOS responsive container. Terrible execution, and wouldn’t be as bad if it actually worked. Made too much time making it look “on brand” and not enough time focusing on functionality. It doesn’t work reloading your account with a credit card... which as a business should be your main focus. Keeps track of data well, but take a look at DTAC in Thailand for a good example of a phone network app. Perfect delivery and the payments work. Hope it improves.

Slow and find store location feature does not work. Also no way in app to submit feedback off app errors etc.

I cannot receive messages, and therefor i cannot sign in, your local ground staff have no idea what to recommend. Everything was fine a month ago- what changed?
